All products available for purchase on Yfeos.com are offered primarily under a pre-order model. By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that production of the ordered items will commence only once the pre-order phase has officially concluded.
Payment Obligation
Full payment of the purchase price is required at the moment of placing the pre-order. No production or delivery obligation arises on the part of Yfeos until payment has been received in cleared funds. By completing payment, the customer confirms their binding commitment to the order.
Accepted Payment Methods
Yfeos currently accepts the following forms of payment:
Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express).
Secure digital payment services (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal – if enabled).
Bank transfer via SEPA. For bank transfers, instructions are provided during checkout; the order is considered confirmed only once the transfer has been verified.
Security of Transactions
All payment processing is conducted through certified third-party gateways utilizing SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliance protocols. Yfeos does not have access to, nor does it store, any payment card details.
Currency and Pricing
All transactions are denominated in Euro (€). Prices include applicable VAT in accordance with EU regulations. For customers outside the Eurozone, exchange rates and any conversion fees applied by banks or card issuers remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
Invoicing
Invoices are automatically issued following successful payment. Customers requiring invoices in the name of a legal entity are obliged to provide accurate and complete tax information at checkout.

Given the pre-order model, delivery times differ from immediate retail purchases. Dispatch occurs only once the pre-order phase has ended and production of the ordered items has been completed.
Production Phase
Estimated production timelines are indicated on the product page. Standard production is expected to require 4–6 weeks following the closure of the pre-order window, although this may vary depending on the nature of the product and the volume of orders received. Yfeos shall inform customers of any material delays.
Dispatch and Delivery
Once production is finalized, orders will be dispatched promptly. Estimated delivery times thereafter are:
Greece & Cyprus: 2–5 business days.
EU Member States: 5–10 business days.
International destinations: 10–20 business days.
These timelines are indicative and non-binding. Factors beyond Yfeos’ reasonable control, such as customs inspections, courier delays, or force majeure events, may extend delivery periods.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and itemized on the order summary. For deliveries outside the EU, customers are exclusively responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges imposed by local authorities.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch. Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment once it has been handed over to the courier.
Withdrawal from Pre-Orders (Before Production)
Customers who wish to withdraw from a pre-order prior to the commencement of production may do so by notifying Yfeos in writing at customerservice@yfeos.com and quoting their order ID. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 14 calendar days, using the same payment method as the original transaction. Once production has commenced, this right no longer applies and the standard return and withdrawal provisions shall govern.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal (after delivery)
In compliance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
Conditions for Return
Returned items must be:
Unused, unworn, and free from damage or alteration.
Returned in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, and protective materials.
Exclusions
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Items which, for reasons of hygiene or health protection, are not suitable for return once unsealed.
Return Procedure
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify Yfeos at customerservice@yfeos.com within the 14-day period, quoting the order number. Instructions for the return will then be provided.
Costs and Risks
The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, except where the item is defective or has been incorrectly supplied. Customers are advised to use a secure, trackable method of return, as Yfeos cannot assume liability for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Upon proper receipt and inspection of the returned goods, refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days using the same payment method employed for the original transaction. Shipping costs incurred at checkout are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Yfeos does not operate a direct exchange system. Customers wishing to exchange items must initiate a return under the terms above and place a new pre-order during the next production cycle.

Yfeos Gift Cards are issued digitally and may be redeemed exclusively on Yfeos.com for any available product, including pre-order items, subject to the general terms and conditions of sale.
Validity
Each Gift Card is valid for a period of 24 months (two years) from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, any remaining balance will be forfeited and the Gift Card will no longer be redeemable.
Redemption
Gift Cards are redeemed through a unique digital code provided by Yfeos.
The code may be entered at checkout to deduct the balance from the order total.
Gift Cards may be used in full or in part. If the purchase exceeds the available balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.
Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, exchanged for cash, or redeemed outside Yfeos.com.
Refunds & Withdrawals
Gift Cards cannot be refunded after purchase, except where required by law.
If an order purchased with a Gift Card is canceled or returned, the refund will be issued in the form of a replacement Gift Card, valid for the remainder of the original 24-month period.
Loss or Theft
Yfeos is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards. Customers are advised to store their digital codes securely.
